We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our new build projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Successfully managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability.
  • Leadership: Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and EHSQ requirements.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Effective relationships and communication with clients, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Tendering and Contract Management: Handling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Programme Management: Managing the construction programme and project delivery systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Providing accurate financial reporting and identifying profit improvements.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Project Manager with a principal contractor.
  • A natural leader with excellent team management skills.
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac (although not essential).
