We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to drive growth and success in our construction operations. With over 30 years of experience delivering thriving townhome communities, we are now embarking on a diversification strategy focusing on repeatable build-to-hold apartment projects across SE QLD.

Our ideal candidate will lead and grow a specialist construction team delivering multi-storey residential apartments in the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay regions. Key responsibilities include overseeing all facets of project delivery from pre-construction to handover, building and managing a high-performing team, fostering strong local relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, guiding projects to market, and championing reliable business partnerships.

About the Role
  • Newly created leadership position within a stable and forward-thinking organisation

  • Scale an efficient, repeatable model for build-to-hold apartment projects
  • Report directly to senior management, working closely with the GM
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
  • Build and manage a high-performing team including project management, contracts administration, site management and safety
  • Foster strong local relationships with subcontractors, trades and suppliers
  • Guide projects to market, informed by local research and buyer trends
  • Champion reliable, dependable business partnerships developed over decades
About You
  • Open Builder's Licence (medium to high-rise residential construction), with capacity to act as Nominee
  • Minimum 10 years' industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership/management role
  • Proven expertise in building medium to high-density apartment projects in SE QLD
  • Hands-on, tenacious, and a natural problem solver
  • Exceptional communicator, able to interact confidently with all stakeholders
  • Existing network of subcontractors, trades and suppliers
  • Current knowledge of the local residential apartment market highly desirable
