As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services that support Ventia's operations across Australia. Based in our Toowoomba office, you will work collaboratively with a team focused on delivering exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing requisitions from various areas of the business through our central portal
  • Obtaining, clarifying, negotiating, and processing quotes
  • Coordinating with vendors for supply and delivery of purchased items
  • Collating and entering data, analyzing, and running reports for ongoing system maintenance
  • Following up on queries within the team from internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating within the team, within departments, with vendors or clients, and key stakeholders

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
