About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of townhouse and multi-unit projects across Victoria. You will be responsible for providing direction and mentorship to team members while maintaining focus on budget, timeline, compliance, and stakeholder outcomes. This is a critical role within the business with opportunities to shape systems, drive performance, and influence business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers across multiple concurrent builds
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Act as a key escalation point for delivery and performance challenges
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal quality frameworks
  • Support resource planning and procurement to maximize project efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and team development
  • Contribute to company-wide strategy and operational improvement
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a senior project manager in medium-density residential construction
  • Deep knowledge of townhouses, duplexes, and multi-unit developments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, and cost control
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management
