THE BUILDER:
Our long-term client, a reputable developer-builder, has engaged us to support them in hiring a Project Manager to join their team. They specialise in medium-density town living projects, individual new home builds, and light mixed commercial developments across Melbourne. This role is perfect for ambitious senior project coordinators/assistant PMs ready to step up, or experienced PMs looking for a fresh environment and diverse project opportunities.
Please note - this is not a Commercial Project Manager / Site Based Role.

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Manage project workflows, approvals, and milestones while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and manage building permits, planning approvals, insurance, and subdivision processes.
- Assist or lead contract administration, client specifications, and colour selections.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and costs, proactively addressing risks or delays.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting systems.
ABOUT YOU:
- Either an ambitious senior project coordinator/assistant PM ready to step into a Project Manager role, or a proven Project Manager looking for a new challenge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on medium density / multi-residential residential construction projects (preferred) for a builder directly, with familiarity in approvals, compliance, and project management tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
