Senior Project Manager

A leading residential home builder specialises in medium density planning, design and execution.
This senior role involves leading a team of six professionals to achieve project milestones on time. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage workflows to meet deadlines;
- Prepare and review project documentation;
- Negotiate finance approvals and settlements;
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles, as well as construction administration knowledge and relevant tertiary education. Excellent time management, organisational and customer service skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to success;
- Naturally problem solve and manage workflow;
- Ensure all milestones are achieved on time;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders;
Requirements:
- Construction administration expertise;
- Medium density construction knowledge;
