We are seeking an proactive Project Coordinator to oversee operational workflows, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors/subcontractors, internal entities, field technicians, and clients;
  • Process maintenance and other documents related to workflow and record-keeping for the department;
  • Contract administration for the department, review and maintain contract management plan, highlight relevant responsibilities for business policy compliance;
  • Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of new personnel;
  • Coordinate procurement of site-related equipment and fleet management;
  • Oversee travel arrangements, coordinate travel when required;
  • Maintain, organise, and update electronic records of all documentation;
  • Ensure all business activities are performed with highest ethical standards and in compliance with code of business conduct;
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and policies;

  • Presentation skills: clearly & concisely present information
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Construction and/or Contracts administration;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Awareness of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong work ethic, positive team attitude and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment;
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally with field staff, management, owners, and vendors;
  • Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity;
