Tiffany & Co. is a leading luxury retailer seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business success. Your expertise will focus on talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR experience, including being an HR function head or business partner to a Managing Director. Retail/FMCG experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to manage diverse teams are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influence skills are also required.

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on experience. The role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organization.

  • **Job Responsibilities:**
  • Talent Acquisition and Development:
    • Partner with Management to design effective organizational structures that support our business strategy.
    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
    • Evaluate and recommend internal or external learning resources to support employee development plans.
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor and provide consultative support on performance management processes, including performance calibration.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Identify and analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure we remain market competitive.
    • Work with Regional HR to review and recommend salary packages for new hires, promotions, transfers, and current market data.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive relationships between employees, management, customers, and partners through open communication and transparency.
    • Maintain company policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with current employment law and best practice.
  • **Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of HR managerial experience, including being an HR function head or business partner to a Managing Director.
  • Retail/FMCG experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of local labor laws, and the ability to manage diverse teams.
