Infrastructure Development Manager

The Site Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture, reporting to the Construction Manager. This position involves effectively managing and leading direct labour and subcontractors to meet safety, financial, and productivity targets within planned schedules and guidelines.

Requirements- Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor will be highly regarded.
- Experience in delivering major building projects, with civil experience also highly regarded.
- An understanding of defence and security requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, relevant Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards legislation and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise resources to achieve outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team to complete works to meet targets.
