The Project

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a significant undertaking between CPB Contractors and Downer to upgrade and replace existing infrastructure and facilities at three Defence establishments over the next 30 years.

Your Role

We're seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers to join our team, responsible for coordinating design, procurement, and construction elements to ensure safety, time, cost, and environmental objectives are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to a culture of safety as the top priority
  • Coordinating procurement and construction elements effectively
  • Managing short and long-term construction planning for the works
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs and productivity analysis against program and budget
  • Liaising with subcontractors and site personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and Company policies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Previous experience in commercial large construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and reporting against cost and time
  • A strong understanding of programme management, deadlines, and budget controls
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
