The Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Service Development Lead to join our Care and Support Services Unit. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will drive the growth and development of our disability services, playing a pivotal role in client attraction and retention, service marketing, and business development.


You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery, ensure quality assurance, and develop new services that meet evolving participant needs. Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading client attraction and retention efforts, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, disability advocacy groups, and health professionals.
  • Promoting CaSS services through engagement and strategic marketing within local communities and disability networks.
  • Overseeing client intake, ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.
  • Partnering with internal teams for quality service delivery and workforce development.
  • Collaborating on grant writing and service audits, promoting our services with promotional materials and marketing strategies.
  • Fostering a positive team culture within the Care and Support Services Unit.


Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful, you will hold a valid DHS Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Australian Driver's Licence. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or extensive experience in the disability services sector is required. Demonstrated expertise in business development, policy implementation, and service delivery improvement is essential.


A valid estimate of salary for this position, based on national averages for Adelaide, Australia, would be $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
