About the Role

This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage with our clients, focusing on assisting and empowering them to achieve their goals and develop new skills within a positive and fun environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one or group support to clients
  • Supporting clients to achieve their NDIS goals
  • Completing progress and incident reports
  • Working with clients to promote individual choice and control
  • Providing transport to clients using our pool vehicles
  • Maintaining a duty of care for clients, staff, and yourself
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum Cert III in Disability (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A person-centred approach and passion for working with people with disability
