Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication administration.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements.
- Implement individual care plans and ensure clients' needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
