**About the Role**:
We are seeking dedicated support workers to assist people with daily living and personal care needs in Springvale, Vic.
Exposure in caring for clients with varying abilities is essential. You will be required to travel to various locations to provide vital supports.
**Key Requirements**:
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- First aid and CPR certification
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Valid driver's license (full license preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
