Job Description:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working closely with individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Your primary goal will be to empower them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
  • Encouraging participation in community activities and promoting social interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma in Mental Health
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Victoria)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • NDIS Orientation module certificate
  • Three COVID-19 vaccinations
  • A valid driver's license with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
