Your day-to-day tasks may involve:

  • Accompanying clients to leisure activities
  • Assisting with medical appointments and healthcare services
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks and routines

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience in supporting individuals with disabilities
  • A valid Working with Vulnerable People Check (or equivalent)
  • Certificates in first aid and CPR (current)
  • A full Australian driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sympathy and a genuine interest in working with people with disabilities
