As an Executive Assistant, your key responsibility will be providing high-level support to senior executives in a dynamic client service environment. You'll coordinate travel, manage multiple calendars across various time zones, handle corporate expenses, and invoices. Your ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

  • Provide high-level support to system leaders and other senior executives in a fast-paced and changing client service environment.
  • Coordinate point-to-point travel; proactive planning in aid of supporting commercial objectives.
  • Manage several busy calendars, focusing on commerciality and time optimisation across multiple time zones.
  • Action corporate expense reports, invoices and travel arrangements.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders; flex and adapt to accommodate individual preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and others, guiding them toward making informed decisions about their use of time.
  • Act as an integral member of the EA & Operations Team, sharing ideas and knowledge to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant position brings prior experience supporting senior executives. You possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, demonstrating responsiveness, intuition, and a high level of emotional intelligence. Your excellent time management skills allow you to handle multiple tasks at once with composure. Your adaptability and flexibility allow you to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives; professional services experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; responsive, intuitive and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent time and project management skills; clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes operations while providing creative solutions.
  • A strong intellectual curiosity; creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture.
  • Adaptability and flexibility; thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment bringing open-mindedness and positivity to challenges.
  • Support EA/PA recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Mentor and coach the EA/PA team
