Working within a respected precision engineering environment, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across defence, mining, aerospace, medical, rail, and government sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities as a Strategic Growth Leader- Identify and develop lucrative business opportunities across strategic high-value industrial sectors.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and understanding their needs.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline, track activity, and prepare reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently with a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Confidence to engage with decision-makers across government and prime contractors.
- Australian Permanent Residency or full working rights.
