We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy & Go-to Market team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and preparing analysis to support growth in the Business & Commercial customer segment.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that incorporate market dynamics, customer needs, and decarbonisation roadmaps.">
  • Refine growth and customer partnering strategies and engage with customers on strategic topics like decarbonisation initiatives.">
  • Engage with industry partners and internal stakeholders to gather commercial insights for business case development and facilitate discussions with customers regarding net-zero and decarbonisation solutions.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or a related field, with experience in the energy sector and/or decarbonisation knowledge.">
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to oversee analytical work within multidisciplinary teams.">
  • Capability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty for risk-optimised decision-making.">
  • Experience in B2B sales and effective negotiation skills, as well as proven stakeholder and project management skills.">
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), complex decision-making and ability to manage competing priorities and multiplicity of opportunities.">
