**Your Role as a Bar Supervisor at Accor**

Elevate our guests' experience as a skilled Bar Supervisor We're seeking reliable team players for multiple positions in regional Australian locations outside Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining responsible alcohol service procedures at all times
  • Greeting guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service
  • Training and monitoring Food and Beverage Attendants to meet service standards
  • Accurately recording and verifying staff attendance records
  • Servicing as a key point of contact for resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate opening and closing procedures for seamless outlet operations
  • Ensuring efficient operating procedures for the POS system, guaranteeing accuracy and balancing till and cash float
  • Enhancing outlet ambiance by maintaining high cleanliness standards and equipment care
  • Promptly reporting maintenance needs to management and relevant departments
  • Managing outlet stock levels and implementing inventory control measures
  • Participating in scheduled meetings and contributing to food and beverage discussions when necessary

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed as our ideal candidate, you should possess:

  • A current RSA certification is mandatory
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments within the food and beverage sector
  • An engaging personality that fosters memorable experiences for our guests
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team while demonstrating leadership skills
  • A keen attention to detail and willingness to continuously improve your skills

**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive base hourly rate of $28.87 ($57,047.12 - $67,000 based on working days and applicable penalties) under the Hospitality Industry General Award.
