Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team at Accor, a world-leading hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
  • Provide excellent guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their tables.
  • Train and monitor Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
  • Manage accurate recording and verification of Team Members' time records.
  • Supervise all Team Members in the daily operation of the outlet, providing necessary assistance where required.
  • Establish and maintain approved service sequences and standards.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain operating procedures for the point of sale cashiering computer system, ensuring accuracy and balancing of till and department cash float.
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and security within the outlet.
  • Promptly report any maintenance work required to the Manager or maintenance department.
  • Maintain outlet stock levels.
  • Complete the Restaurant daily log book.
  • Develop training plans and conduct on- and off-the-job training sessions for Team Members.
  • Attend scheduled food and beverage meetings when required.
  • Monitor outlets' manpower, payroll budget, control costs, and maximise profitability.
  • Maintain professional appearance and monitor service personnel's grooming.
  • Be punctual, efficient, and courteous with guests and fellow Team Members.
Requirements:
  • A current RSA is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a food and beverage role, ideally in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess an energetic and vibrant personality that engages guests to have a memorable experience at our venue.
  • A person who is both an invaluable team player as well as a well-rounded leader.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Compensation:

The base hourly rate for this position is $28.87, equivalent to $57,047.12 - $67,000 per annum, based on working days and penalties applicable under the Hospitality Industry General Award.
