**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our client's sales team and dealer network.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing sales processes, handling inquiries, and providing administrative backup for warranty functions.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming sales and warranty calls, emails, and faxes in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Manage customer orders using Oracle, raising and tracking credit requests as required.
  • Prepare and provide quotations for customers on request.
  • Assist with stock-level management in collaboration with sales managers
  • Coordinate deliveries for dealers and other customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database and assist in updating product catalogues and promotional materials.
  • Provide backup support to sales and warranty administrators during peak periods or absences.
  • Assist with general office operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a similar phone-based customer service/sales administration role.
  • Must have strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle software is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach
