Job Requirements

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate student to join our Mobility Aftermarket division. The successful candidate will assist in driving customer service excellence in Australia and Oceania through the implementation and refinement of regional standardized processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of regional standardized processes for the Mobility Aftermarket business in Australia and Oceania.
  • Supporting and driving continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of key performance indicators, and development of effective measures to improve customer service levels.
  • Building knowledge of customer service order to cash, supply chain, and procure to pay processes to provide operational support to the Mobility Aftermarket team.
  • Providing support for the Mobility Aftermarket team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, management, and shared service colleagues.
  • Conducting value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines, work well with teams, and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is a must, with strong attention to detail. Results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve outcomes are essential. Time management and experience working in a team environment are highly desirable. Familiarity with SAP (SD module), Power BI, or similar tools is also desirable. Previous experience in customer service or process improvement roles is beneficial.
