Clinical Leadership Position in Trauma-Informed Care

CareSouth is a community-based organisation seeking a Senior Clinician to lead our Clinical team in Southern NSW. This role will drive the implementation of our Therapeutic Care Model and provide therapeutic intervention support to young people.
- Implement our trauma-informed Therapeutic Care Model across all relevant services in the region.
- Manage a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Provide reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers.
- Deliver therapeutic intervention/support to our young people.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or other clinical field and current registration.
- Significant experience working with trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection and similar service sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
