As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the therapeutic clinical services model across the region, managing a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, and providing reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers.

- Manage a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Provide reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers
- Deliver therapeutic intervention/support to young people
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or other relevant clinical field
- Current registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for registration)
- Significant experience working with trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection, and similar service sectors
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity
- Highly developed communication skills
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate and supportive work environment
