Leadership Opportunity in Therapeutic Services

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic clinical services across multiple service areas.
  • Manage a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners with opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Case Workers and Carers on reflective practice techniques.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people.
  • Drive the implementation of CareSouth's trauma-informed Therapeutic Care Model.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, along with current registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Registration with AHPRA where required or eligibility for registration with the relevant state body.
  • Significant experience working within trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection, and similar sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working within case management frameworks.
