Job Title: Senior Clinician Southern

CareSouth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to lead our clinical team in the southern region of NSW.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving the implementation of our trauma-informed therapeutic care model, managing a small team of behaviour support practitioners, and providing reflective practice to case workers and carers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to join our dynamic and bold organisation that aims to make a difference every day. The role will be based in our Goulburn office on a fixed-term full-time basis for 12 months.

  • Drive the therapeutic clinical services model across all relevant services in the region
  • Manage a small team of behaviour support practitioners with potential for expansion
  • Provide reflective practice to case workers and carers
  • Implement CareSouth's trauma-informed Therapeutic Care Model
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or other relevant clinical field and current registration
  • Significant experience working with trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection, and similar relevant service sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
