Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Clinician to lead our Clinical team in delivering therapeutic services and providing reflective practice to support staff.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinician to drive the development of therapeutic clinical services, manage a team, and deliver interventions to young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a therapeutic clinical services model
  • Manage a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Provide reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers
  • Deliver therapeutic intervention/support to young people
  • Implement a trauma-informed Therapeutic Care Model

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, or another relevant field
  • Significant experience working with trauma-informed models and mental health
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within a case management framework
