As the Workplace Health & Safety Supervisor, you'll lead safety initiatives, provide essential WH&S training, and ensure the organisation adheres to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective WH&S policies and procedures.
- Lead WH&S audits, risk assessments, and committee meetings.
- Manage Workers Compensation and Return to Work programs.
- Ensure safety compliance, including cultural awareness and communication.
- Provide regular WH&S performance reports to the Executive team.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent qualification.
- Proven WHS experience, ideally in remote or regional settings.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with Indigenous communities.
- A passion for safety, risk management, and cultural inclusivity.
