This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our high-performing team in the City of Parramatta Council, Australia.

Key Responsibilities- You will work alongside successful operators in the country to maximize your income, build market share, and become a dominant player in this space.
- You will be responsible for the sale of commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor.
- You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and ensure long-term relationships are maintained while new business is continually developed.
- Real Estate License
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in real estate industry
- Property analytical skill is essential
- Understanding of Hindi, Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial and commercially astute
- Strong work ethic and passion to succeed
- Confident, driven and enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- The ability to work in a team-focused environment
- A customer-centric attitude
- Willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base
