Job Title: Insurance Broker
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced insurance broker to join our team. As an insurance broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients and providing them with expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of small business clients and provide them with expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets, working to clear KPIs and targets across Acquisition and Retention.
- Research the market to understand client needs, industry risk and business environment.
- Negotiate new and renewal terms with underwriters.
- Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
- Experience in insurance broking, preferably with a sales background.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to tackle problems creatively and show initiative.
- Willingness to learn and quickly grasp systems and technologies.
- Sales mindset and ability to connect with clients.
