Opportunity Overview

Mulpha Hospitality is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Guest Services Team at The Lane Retreat at Bimbadgen Estate. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service excellence to all property guests
  • Answer guests' inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales and retail advice to customers
  • Ensure the pantry is always presented to the customer in the set standards
  • Assist with daily Breakfast Drop and other duties
  • Assist with housekeeping duties when required

Requirements

  • A love of Customer Service and Hospitality
  • A desire to learn and grow in the Hospitality field
  • A background in Hotels, retail, or café with barista skills highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • Great presentation and pride in their appearance
  • Ability to work flexible across the business opening hours and peak periods
  • Own transport essential & RSA Essential
