We are partnering with one of Australia's biggest banks to provide exceptional customer service to over one million customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and case efficiency.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the banking sector. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, auditing customer documents, and providing accurate and timely updates. Sound IT skills and ability to learn several applications are essential for this role.

A strong understanding of banking domain and processes such as customer identification is also desirable. If you have experience in financial/insurance admin or KYC, it will be highly regarded.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $33.95 per hour, plus flexible working arrangements and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
