About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative, working in a modern office located in Brisbane CBD.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer travel policy queries.
  • Advising customers on travel insurance quotes and processing payments.
  • Data processing, including updating customer and claims details.
  • Use multiple systems/programs for administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Log all details and interactions.

Benefits

An hourly rate of $35.86 + Super - Weekly Pay, making this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to start or advance their career in customer service.

Full-time employment with rotating rosters from Monday to Friday between 7 am – 8 pm and Saturday from 7 am – 5 pm.

Overtime rates apply during peak periods, such as Christmas.

Comprehensive on-the-job training provided within 1-3 weeks.

A collaborative and supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on care.

Laptops and all necessary equipment provided for new starters.
