Regional Business Development Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Sales and Clinical Territory Executive with Stryker, a leading medical technology company in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for growing the business in NSW hospitals and surgeon practices by building strong customer partnerships, providing clinical expertise during surgical cases, and demonstrating Stryker's long-term commitment to improving patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, executive presence, and influencing skills, excellent negotiation, and the ability to close sales. They will also have demonstrated proficiency in providing complex clinical product support to Surgeons and Nursing staff, relationship savvy, and a solid understanding of how to sell in the healthcare setting.
In this role, you will identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in your designated territory, plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process, build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with Surgeons and Key-Opinion-Leaders, and ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. However, please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
