Job Description

The Organisational Change Manager and Trainer will work on a range of complex projects, transformations, data migrations, and other programs utilising various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working in large-scale organisational change management programs and projects
  • Managing all organisational change management planning and documentation
  • Developing project communications and artefacts
  • Developing training material
  • Leading training sessions with end users
  • Assisting with business readiness for business and technical cutovers
  • Assisting with end user acceptance testing
  • Having strong relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • PROSCI and Training certified
