Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transformation Practice's Defence team. As a client-facing consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, services, and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client relationships with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction for the teams you manage.
  • Set and achieve business targets.
  • Lead resource planning and management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.
