Our Transformation Practice brings together the skills and capabilities to support our clients to address their big agendas and deliver transformation programs. We look for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients to address critical challenges.

The role of a transformation expert is to empower clients to plan, prepare for and take advantage of the rapid changes to work and their workforce. This includes organisational and cultural transformation, future of work and workforce, learning and capability uplift, and change strategy and delivery.

This role involves creating value by growing change management, learning and development and continuous improvement skills, being part of client-facing consulting teams, analysing change impacts, developing change management plans, and delivering change management activities.

We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and grow their change management skills, and has some existing experience in supporting an organisation to make change. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset – interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing new ideas to the table.
