Job Summary:

The Australian National University is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of the TRANSFORM initiative, a major strategic shift in direction for the College of Health and Medicine.

  • Provide strategic direction, expertise, and leadership in the coordination, management, and delivery of the TRANSFORM initiative.
  • Evaluate and advise senior staff across all areas on the planning, delivery, and management of large-scale change initiatives.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with other high-profile stakeholders, including the College Dean and College General Manager.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned project professional with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes through collaborative efforts.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice to senior staff on the planning, delivery, and management of large-scale change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
