Job Title: Data Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Transformation Specialist. This role will be responsible for partnering with key government agencies to drive better, faster, and more transparent decision-making through data-driven solutions.

Based in Canberra, you will work closely with defence, health, and social services agencies to guide them through digital transformation using leading analytics platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to own the sales cycle for a defined set of federal government accounts, from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals. You will develop tailored account plans aligned to government goals, procurement processes, and stakeholder priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with public sector decision-makers, influencers, and executives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver impactful value-led engagements.

You will showcase your expertise in solving real-world government data challenges, driving transformation across services and departments. You will maintain high standards of CRM forecasting and account documentation, enabling proactive and data-driven sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • A successful track record in enterprise or public sector solution selling, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or data platforms.
  • Prior experience working with or selling into federal government agencies (APS experience highly desirable).
  • Understanding of government procurement, funding cycles, and digital transformation objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, especially within structured complex organisations.
