Job Opportunity

The Senior Project Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting senior management by spearheading strategic and transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Link operational requirements to strategic outcomes and contribute to the development of the organisation's Transformation Strategy.
  • Provide oversight and support for transformation projects, adopt adaptive strategies, and establish enterprise-level standards.
  • Engage with leaders across the organisation to facilitate transformation objectives and contribute to progress reporting.

This requires strong communication skills, experience in providing accurate and timely advice, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making by senior managers.

Qualifications and Capabilities
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship skills, including demonstrated commitment to genuine collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage pressure and ambiguity, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver quality results within deadlines.
  • Autonomous work ethic and team collaboration, demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.
