CPM Civil is a reputable civil construction business established in 2011. We are a team of professionals delivering civil infrastructure projects in regional communities around South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Our projects include; roads, bridges, road furniture, kerb & channel, concrete and asphalt works. We are based at the historic and heritage listed, 88 Limestone Street precinct.
Our business is going from strength to strength and we are now seeking additional administration support. This is an important role for the business and will see you working in a small team reporting directly to the General Manager.
The successful applicant will be a confident and capable person who has excellent communication skills (written & verbal). To do well in this role, you will also need to be assertive and decisive with a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities and Experience Areas Are;**
- Provide general administration support to the Project Teams and Management
- Maintaining reports and schedules
- Support the wider team with tender submissions and marketing materials
- Accounts Payable and Receivable (desirable not prerequisite)
- Proficient in the day to day use of MS Office
- Some experience or exposure to Xero or similar (desirable not prerequisite)
The person best suited to this role will be a team player who is a proactive self-starter. You're a down-to-earth person who enjoys working in a busy environment surrounded by like-minded people.
