Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering construction projects from inception to completion. This includes procuring and negotiating subcontracts, administering claims, variations, and contract correspondence, as well as managing monthly budgets and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
