The Role

We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager, though we are also open to an Estimator / Contract Administrator background for the right candidate.

The primary responsibility of this role is estimating – preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a wide range of commercial fitouts up to $3M. Depending on project and team requirements, you will also take on secondary responsibilities in project management or contract administration, supporting delivery teams to ensure smooth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and tender submissions for commercial fitouts (including but not limited to office, retail, education, hospitality, gyms, medical, etc.).
  • Lead the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
  • Provide support in contract administration or project management as required, including procurement, variations, and progress reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and efficiency across the business.

About You

  • Strong estimating experience across a broad range of commercial fitout projects up to $3M.
  • Background in contract administration and/or project management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and CostX (essential).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to the team.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and solve problems.
  • Interested in contributing to the growth and continual improvement of the company.
