Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to manage key distribution partners, grow national and independent convenience accounts, and lead the commercial performance of their channel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in national distributor and customer relationships.
  • To secure new business in major petrol and convenience accounts through effective trade execution and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the full profit and loss statement for your account base, including revenue, margin, and return on investment.
  • Report performance, forecast demand, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve commercial success.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG account management or distributor sales, preferably in convenience and petrol channels.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of profit and loss statements, trade spend, and negotiation strategy.
  • Energised, self-led, and ready to own national relationships, with a passion for fieldwork, partnerships, and achieving results.
