As a seasoned leader in the cruise industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and market growth for the Cruise vertical. This role requires a strategic mindset with strong planning, pricing, and promotional execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop commercial strategies to drive high-performing sales campaigns and enhance the customer journey through powerful travel technology.
- Lead product development and go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure exclusive offers and joint marketing agreements, leveraging deep understanding of the cruise supplier landscape.
- Partner with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and optimise merchandising strategy, continually improving operational processes for greater efficiency and better customer outcomes.
- Use sales data, customer insights, and competitive intel to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities, driving business growth and expansion in the cruise industry.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally within the cruise or broader travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading commercial performance, consistently driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
