Commercial Operations Director

This dynamic role is designed for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and business development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategic partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy and driving business outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and implement a comprehensive commercial plan, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive performance across all commercial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and business development.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including commercial operations, marketing initiatives, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a commercial leadership role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of retail sales, marketing, and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
