
Commercial Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of high-value commercial customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional growth and retention strategies, including volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implementing a structured sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing regionally-focused sales plans that drive business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and support delivery
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking
- Skillfully navigating the sales process by communicating the value proposition of our organization and utilizing negotiation and objection-handling skills to secure win-win outcomes for both parties
- Collaborating closely with local stakeholders, fellow sales team members, and industry partners to build a supportive network and stay informed about market trends and best practices
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our system and producing clear, concise reports that demonstrate knowledge and strategic plans for your region
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience from any industry, with a strong desire to serve customers and deliver exceptional results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently
- A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and developments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly as required
