Job Description

Leading a high-performing commercial hub, one of the largest in SE QLD, requires an exceptional sales leader. As Sales Manager for Isuzu Trucks at Arundel Commercial Centre, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve sustainable financial growth.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet agreed targets and maintain market share.
  • Promote products across various mediums in a professional and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are delivered at an exceptional level, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
  • Manage administration components of the role, including reporting and financial administration.
  • Conduct analysis on reconditioning costs to maximise profit.
  • Adhere to dealership policies and procedures daily.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to set goals and targets, leading your team to success.
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems.

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
