Job Summary:

Next Level Racing, a global leader in racing and flight simulation technology, seeks a Commercial Sales Lead to drive revenue and profitability targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the commercial sector. This role offers the chance to contribute to our success on a national scale, leveraging your passion for technology in a dynamic environment. Commercial sales include ready-to-race and ready-to-fly packages for the commercial and professional training market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive inbound and outbound sales to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the commercial segment.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities across venues, esports, education, and training sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support at every stage — pre-sale, during the sale, and post-sale.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights for management.
  • Manage budgets, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance insights, and pipeline updates, reporting directly to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in commercial sales
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sales sector, its challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a given time.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A strong understanding of technology and hardware, particularly in the context of simulation products or related fields, is highly beneficial.
